This workshop invites Yoga teachers, practitioners, and seekers into a gentle exploration of the shared themes and resonances between Integral Yoga and the contemplative traditions of the mystical teachings of Kabbalah. Through lived experience and embodiment, participants will be guided to sense how these lineages speak to one another.
Through the Tree of Life (spiritual connection to the universe) the movement of subtle energy, the cultivation of balance, mindfulness and devotion, we will tend to our self care and healing in deep and profound ways.
These parallel teachings are woven into restorative, gentle, and chair-based yoga practices, allowing embodied pathways and energy to open for personal growth, deepened practice, and more conscious relationships with ourselves and others. The emphasis is on integration, revealing wisdom from many traditions to inform and enrich the way we move, reflect, and serve.
The program is offered by Reb Cantor Lisa Levine, RYT 500, a U.S.-based Rabbi, composer, poet and Anandi Deborah Absler, PhD, Integral Yoga teacher, President of Integral Yoga Centre Melbourne, Australia, social worker and Australian yoga teacher Pippa Evers. Together, they bring decades of experience holding inclusive, heart-centered spaces where movement, spirit, and shared humanity naturally converge.
