  • Adaptive approaches to asana, breathwork, and meditation
  • Inclusive teaching strategies grounded in the science of yoga and rheumatology

  • A heart-centered and evidence-informed approach to supporting people across the spectrum of ability

Who this is for:

  • This training is ideal for yoga teachers, yoga therapists, and healthcare professionals who want to expand their skills and reach underserved communities living with arthritis and chronic pain.

Why train in person?

  • Yogaville provides the perfect space for this work: a tranquil setting, nourishing meals, a like-minded community, and time away to fully embody the practice.
  • Plus, you’ll be learning directly from the source—Dr. Moonaz developed this program over years of clinical research and yoga therapy experience. This is the only opportunity this year to train live with her in person.
