In January 2026, join Integral Yoga for a rare opportunity to experience the sacred landscapes, ashrams, and spiritual heart of India in the uplifting company of fellow seekers. This special journey will be led by Swami Divyananda, senior Integral Yoga swami and teacher who lived in South India for over a decade as head of the Integral Yoga Institute in Coimbatore.
With her deep knowledge of India and decades of guiding pilgrims, Swami Divyananda offers a rare window into both the culture and spirit of the land. She will be joined by longtime tour team members Hema Shah and Yogeswari Vonderheide, each bringing years of devotion, organization, and care to ensure a meaningful and seamless journey for all.
South & North India Tour

From the bustling streets of Chennai, we will set out together to explore some of India’s most beloved spiritual destinations: the French and Tamil heritage of Pondicherry, the visionary international community of Auroville, the sacred mountain of Thiruvannamalai, and Coimbatore, home to Integral Yoga’s South Indian roots. From there, our travels carry us north to the holy cities of Rishikesh and Haridwar, where saints, sages, and seekers have gathered on the banks of the Ganges for centuries. The tour includes all transfers, transportation, lodging (January 11–27), and two vegetarian meals daily.

North India Retreat in Rishikesh
January 30 – February 6, 2026
Following the tour, deepen your experience with an 8-day retreat in Rishikesh at the beautiful Vasundhara Palace. Each day will include Yoga, meditation, and spiritual studies, interwoven with excursions to sacred sites: Divine Life Society, the Beatles Ashram, Vashishtha Cave, and Maa Anandamayi Ma’s Ashram in Haridwar. Surrounded by the majestic Himalayas and the sacred Ganges, this retreat is both a time of inner renewal and shared discovery. The retreat includes transportation to and from Dehradun airport, lodging (January 29–February 6), and two meals daily.
