Split TT makes it accessible.
- Part I: May 1 – May 10, 2026
- Part II: September 25 – October 4, 2026
This split session Intermediate Teacher Training program offers the opportunity to participate in this unique residential yoga training program without disturbing work, school, study and or family obligations. The 4 month break between the two sessions allows one to absorb and assimilate the curriculum material. It offers the time to deepen personal study and practice of the teachings. It gives the opportunity to develop and refine ones teaching skills and return to the ashram to complete the course with confidence. Individual and group zoom meetings will be held during the break to check up on progress, answer questions and address any concerns. During our time apart we will all keep in touch to share our inspiration and enthusiasm.
In this program you will:
- Learn additional asanas, their benefits, and how to safely guide students into and out of the poses
- Explore making skillful sequencing choices and adaptations that will enhance your classes
- Gain a fuller understanding of prana and pranayama techniques
- Study the Bhagavad Gita, which expounds the philosophy and practices of the four main paths of Yoga (Karma, Raja, Bhakti, and Jnana Yoga)
