Part of the Integral Yoga 300-hour program, take your Yoga practice and teaching skills to the next level with the Advanced Integral Yoga Hatha Teacher Training. This training enables you to expand your teaching skills by learning how to instruct advanced classes and finding ways to take simple, basic asanas to a deeper and more subtle level—this is what truly makes a practice “advanced.”
Online: Oct. 4–Dec. 13, 2023 and Feb. 10–Mar. 9, 2024
Wednesdays: 4:30–7 pm PT
Saturdays: 8:15 am–12 pm & 1:15–3:30 pm PT
(no class 10/28, 11/22 and 11/25/23)
In-Person: Mar. 13–Mar. 17, 2024 – Participants will gather at Satchidananda Ashram–Yogaville located in Buckingham, Virginia. The program will start on the morning of March 14 and end at midday on March 17th.
