The Integral Yoga Institute of New York will host Adaptive Gentle/Chair Yoga Teacher Training online from February 3 – April 11, 2026. This training provides a solid foundation for Yoga teachers to know how to adapt traditional Yoga asana for those students who may be limited in movement owing to age, illness, disability, or injury.
