The next 200-hour Integral Yoga Teacher Training will take place from April 13 – May 11, 2025 and be led by Saci Murphy, E-RYT 500, Swami Priyaananda, E-RYT 500, Amy Daya Eberhardt and Swami Divyananda Ma, E-RYT 500

The Integral Yoga 200-hour Teacher Training is a month-long residential intensive where you will learn to teach asanas (Yoga poses), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), pranayama (breathing practices), chanting, and meditation. This training will be held at Satchidananda Ashram–Yogaville in central Virginia.

The training is multifaceted. You learn about Yoga, practice each day, and learn to teach then practice teaching. By the end of the training, you have strengthened your practice and are well-prepared to share your experience and knowledge with others.
