Join Swami Divyananda for a 21-day meditation challenge, noon – 1 PM (ET) daily from March 3 – March 24, 2024. Starting with ten minutes, the sessions of meditation will gradually increase to one full hour. On each day except the last one, insights, guidance and new techniques will be discussed.

Whether brand-new to meditation or experienced-but-struggling, this course will give you the tools, inspiration and support to develop and deepen your meditation practice. Meditation opens up the doors to the immense storehouse of wisdom in the heart. You will discover new tools to navigate life’s stormy waters and the ability to connect to an inner calmness in all situations.

During this online meditation program, you will have access to Live lecture and meditation sessions with Swami Divyananda at 12–1 pm EDT each day, plus Q&A sessions on Saturdays, March 9, 16, and 23.

In addition, you will have access to the Ashram’s Live Hatha Yoga classes at 5 pm and access to an online social community to connect and communicate with other participants about this course. You will have access to the video recordings for 8 weeks after the program ends, until June 20, 2024.
