Kelley Palmer will offer an introductory workshop for all of the board members, staff, and teachers of the Integral Yoga Institutes of New York, New Jersey and San Francisco to support us in considering the influence that systems of oppression have over our personal practice, communities, and our collective consciousness within the framework of Yoga. This way, we can move forward together to create more accessible, diverse and equitable Yoga centers. Everyone is asked to attend this introductory workshop and use the energy created to take steps to bring our organizations in alignment with our guiding principles of Yoga.
To learn more about Kelley and her work, please visit kelleynicolepalmer.com or thesanctuaryinthecity.org/site/about. A recording will be available for those unable to attend the live session. Not open to the general public. For more information about this workshop and Zoom link, contact the New York, New Jersey, or San Francisco IYI.
