New Year’s Silent Retreat

Featured News

Join Integral Yoga for an inspirational and renewing start to the New Year with a hybrid silent retreat from Dec. 28, 2022 – January 1, 2023. The retreat will be held in person at Satchidananda Ashram–Yogaville AND Online. Take time to step back from the demands of daily life and join like-minded seekers for a time of self-discovery in the sanctuary and solace of the ashram during the annual New Year’s Silent Retreat. Reflect deeply, renew your inspiration, and become reacquainted with your true nature of peace and joy through the practices of mouna (silence) and Yoga in a tranquil environment. You’ll start the new year with tools you can use to enjoy a more peaceful, useful, and happy life.
