The Third Annual Conference of the Sonia Sumar Method will be held online October 8 – 10, 2021. This year’s theme is: “Unity in Diversity.” Sonia Sivakami Sumar, is an Integral Yoga teacher and therapist who developed Yoga for the Special Child (YSC).
The Conference will feature lectures from an incredible lineup of presenters, Yoga classes, meditation and pranayama practices, as well as our practitioners sharing their personal experiences using the YSC method and techniques.
