Yoga Research: Highlighted Studies

There have been tremendous strides over the last 5-10 years in Yoga research, with more and more money allocated to complimentary and integrative medicine. Here, we will highlight some of the latest research and studies as information becomes available.

One of the best resources for research data, summaries and reviews is the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). They are currently rebuilding the research summaries section of their website. As they update the site, we’ll put links to specific pages on the site. In the meantime, we include a general link to their research page.

In addition, we highlight some other studies. The links we have chosen to include are those that contain either PDFs or other sources where you can read the full article rather than a summary or abstract of the study.

If you know of specific studies you would like to see highlighted, please let us know.
